摘　要：用生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑處理5年生江西吉安種源馬尾松插穗，發(fā)現(xiàn)先用S₃₃₀₇后用IBA無(wú)效，先用IBA后用S3307使扦插成活率成倍提高，首次以木本植物為材料佐證了植物生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑的階段性促根作用理論.單獨(dú)使用時(shí)，IBA最適濃度為200mg^.L^-1，S₃₃₀₇最適濃度為100mg^.L^-1.最佳處理為自制的復(fù)配調(diào)節(jié)劑M₁和M₂，M₁和M₂通過(guò)提高插穗內(nèi)源IAA，降低iPA、ABA和GA₁₊₃和內(nèi)源抑制物??黃酮類(lèi)MI₃、MI₅、MI₆，減弱IAAO活性，使插穗生根率由對(duì)照的34%提高到90%和84%，側(cè)根數(shù)、不定根數(shù)、最長(zhǎng)不定根長(zhǎng)和根總長(zhǎng)等4個(gè)生根性狀顯著增強(qiáng)，有利于培養(yǎng)無(wú)性系壯苗.

Effects of Root-inducing Regulators in Rooting of Cuttings from Pinus massoniana Lamb.

Abstract：Root-inducing treatments was used in cuttings from five years old ortets of Pinus massoniana Lamb. from Ji′an in Jiangxi Province. First S₃₃₀₇ later IBA treatments had no effect on raising root r ate. The fittest concentration of IBA was 200 mg^.L^-1 and S₃₃₀₇ was 100 mg^.L^-1. Of all the treatments, regulators M₁ and M₂, compounded by the author, were the best. They could raise the level of endogenous IAA，lo wer the levels of iPA、 ABA、GA₁₊₃ and root inhibitors (MI₃, MI₅ and MI₆, they were all flavoniods), and also weaden the activity of IAA-oxidase (IAAO) .As a result, the root rate was raised from 34 percent (CK) up to 90 and 84 percent respectively. And the sum of adventitious root and branch root, the l ength of the longest root and the total length of the roots, were notabely rais ed.Therefore, strong stecklings of Pinus massoniana Lamb. could be raised .
