宓瑞紅 摘 要：山區(qū)農(nóng)村勞動力的安置問題，關(guān)系到山區(qū)農(nóng)村的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與社會進步，關(guān)系到第二步戰(zhàn)略目標的實現(xiàn)，是國內(nèi)外普遍關(guān)注的熱門話題。本文作者在對山東省四個縣進行社會調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，對四縣的就業(yè)方式的成因進行了分析，并提出了各自的就業(yè)方式調(diào)整方向，這對大多數(shù)山區(qū)農(nóng)村勞動力域內(nèi)就業(yè)方式的調(diào)整，具有一定的借鑒意義。 Adjustment Strategy on the Way of Mountainous Rural Labor s Job-selection inside the Same Area MI Rui-hong（Economic

economic development and social improvement in mountainous rural area，as well as
to the realization of the second strategy target，is a hot topic both in domestic
and at abroad. Based on the social research of four counties in Shandong
province，the paper analyzes the four areas job-selection way，and puts forward
the adjustment direction respectively. It has some reference for most
mountainous rural labor s job-selection adjustment inside the same
