摘　要：本文通過總結(jié)各位專家對(duì)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)的理解，界定了林業(yè)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)的概念，并歸納其重要特征。并進(jìn)一步論證資本運(yùn)營(yíng)是深化林業(yè)企業(yè)改革和從整體上搞活林業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要思路，有利于盤活國(guó)有林業(yè)資產(chǎn)存量，有利于進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)現(xiàn)代林業(yè)企業(yè)制度的建立與完善，有利于林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整，有利于林業(yè)企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)和擴(kuò)張，有助于提高林業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)整體效益。

Abstract：The paper，through summarizing the various specialists understanding for capital run，define the concept of forestry capital run, and induce its important traits. Further argue that capital run is important train thought for deepening the reforms of forestry enterprise and activating forestry economy. It is beneficial to founding and perfecting modern forestry enterprise system，beneficial to adjusting forestry industry construction and enterprise construction，beneficial to the growth and expansion of the forestry enterprise，beneficial to improving forestry economic total efficiency.
