廖顯春 摘 要：概述了目前我國森林環(huán)境價(jià)值評價(jià)的理論基礎(chǔ)和評價(jià)方法，并對其難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析，闡述了構(gòu)建我國特色的評價(jià)理論框架及評價(jià)體系的必要性，指出只有建立森林生態(tài)環(huán)境定位觀測站及其動態(tài)監(jiān)測體系，才能科學(xué)計(jì)量、評估森林生態(tài)環(huán)境價(jià)值. theory foundation,research methods and evaluation models.The countermeasures
are:(1)presenting the theory framework of the evaluation on the basis of various
important evaluation theories,(2) analyzing and following the development trends
and (3) establishing the network and system for monitoring the comprehensive
ecological and environmental functions of
forest. |
